Return and Exchange Policy
Customers are able to return items within 21 days from when the order was received for store credit.
Please follow the instructions on the invoice in your package and return your item(s) within 21 days of receipt to the address below.
Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Gypsy Warrior is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
All Belly dance wear and costumes
All earring and body jewelry
All Sale and clearance Items

Online purchases can be exchanged at our store location. You must have your packing slip and all items must be in new, unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
Customer Service & Policies:
SALES TAX | We charge local sales taxes only in the state of California.
BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it gets quickly snatched up but you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we can issue a refund. We know when you love something, you shift into OMG-Can’t-Wait-to-Get-It mode. We heart your patience and excitement.
SHIPPING | We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the parcel number; this is a delivery confirmation number, NOT a tracking number. The number may not show or be updated within the USPS system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail carrier…too much).
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
DELIVERY | We ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing (and shoes) with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. All accessories, jewelry, intimates and leg wear items are final sale only. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have up front.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.
